Shipping policy

The Pumpkin Porch currently offers free standard shipping to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently offer express delivery or shipping to other destinations.

Our products ship from our supplier's warehouse in China. Processing time and transit time are separate and vary by product, stock availability, destination, customs, and carrier conditions. We do not guarantee arrival before Halloween or any other event. Please contact us before ordering if you need an item for a specific date.

Tracking details will be shared when supplied by the carrier. Items in the same order may ship separately. Tracking updates can take time to appear after a label is created.

A physical street address is required for the Web of Glow Spider Candle Light, Ember Witch Light-Up Hanging Ghost, and Pumpkin Path Solar Garden Light. Their shipping methods do not support US PO Boxes. Other products remain subject to carrier address eligibility.

Check your address carefully before submitting your order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible once processing or shipment has begun.

Applicable taxes appear at checkout. If a carrier or customs authority requests additional import charges, contact us before paying so we can review the shipment and explain available options.

For a shipment that appears lost, damaged, or substantially delayed, contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We will investigate with the supplier and carrier and explain the available resolution. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund the unfulfilled items. Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable law.
