Where do orders ship from?
Our Halloween collection ships from our supplier's China warehouse. Inventory availability does not mean the item is located in the United States.
Will it arrive before Halloween?
Arrival before October 31 is not guaranteed. Processing, customs, carrier delays, destination, and product availability affect delivery. Contact us before ordering if you need an item by a specific date.
Can I use a PO Box?
The shipping method for Web of Glow Spider Candle Light, Ember Witch Light-Up Hanging Ghost, and Pumpkin Path Solar Garden Light does not support US PO Boxes. Use a physical street address. Other methods depend on carrier eligibility.
How many items are included?
Each item is sold individually unless its description says otherwise. For string lights, select 10, 20, or 40 LEDs. Lifestyle photographs may show several designs or accessories that are not included.
How do I choose a pet cape size?
Measure your pet and follow the product-specific size guide. Do not assume sizes are interchangeable between capes. Pet costumes are for supervised wear, not restraints or walking harnesses.
How do I get help with a return or damaged item?
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Please contact us before returning any item.
